Joining Instructions

The joining instructions of Olive Greens Institute provide clear and essential guidance for students enrolling in our defence written exam and SSB coaching programs. These instructions are designed to ensure a smooth reporting and admission process for both residential and non-residential candidates. By following the official Olive Greens joining guidelines, aspirants can prepare confidently for their training journey in a disciplined defence-oriented environment.

• Fresh Batches start every Monday throughout the year.
• Candidates to report at 09:00h at the Institute on Mondays for admission.
  Candidates who wish to avail hostel facilities are welcome to report to hostel on Sunday, a day prior to the admission day.

Items to be carried

1. Two Passport sized Photographs
2. Out Door Dress (two sets). (WHITE shorts/ track suit (for girls), white tee shirt with collars, white sports shoes and white socks).
3. Formal Dress (one set).
4. Dark trousers, light coloured plain full sleeves shirt with tie/scarf and leather shoes with laces. In winters blazer/ V necked pull over. Girls may be appropriately dressed in formals as above, however, they may wear a decent salwar kurtas.
5. Casuals for regular classes. Chapels will not be permitted to be worn by candidates
